Great location This is a great location and convenient if you are bringing your boat as the launch is across from the house! Hope to return here again in the future!The house was extremely clean and so much fun with all the extra games (pool table, shuffle board, basketball game etc!) The location was perfect as well. We are all from out of town in small communities so being close to some shopping was a really great perk!

A small wedding or event up to 16 people is doable. However the septic system and well water are not sufficient for more people than that, which means you will likely run out of water and flushing toilets if you are to host more. It is possible to bring in porta-potties, so you could certainly reach out to us and we could discuss if you are interested in doing something like that.
100% refund up to 14 days before arrival
50% refund up to 7 days before arrival
16 or 18. As noted above, the well-water and septic system will be overloaded if there are more people than that.
We require a $2000 damage deposit which will be refunded 14 days after checkout.
